"We treat properties as if they were our own in order to protect the income of our clients" - Nancy Lane states. "We do this through prudent and careful management techniques. We often find ways to save our clients money and have even recovered overpayments in real estate which is practically unheard of."
Lane-Harkins possesses deep experience in leasing and handling office and retail deals on the national, regional and local levels including working for clients like Hibbett Sports, GNC, Wal-Mart and mom and pop stores as well. "We've actually been paid higher percentages--more than the client owed us--due to the effort we put into their deals. That's almost unheard of, too, but what a high compliment!" Nancy says.
By representing the client in their acquisition of investment properties Lane-Harkins provides experienced insight and knowledge to the overall deal and operating proforma.
Lane-Harkins has successfully completed the exchanges of multiple properties into a single exchange and one-half interests into an exchange in addition to the typical exchange. "I even exchanged a leasehold interest into a fee simple property when I was told it couldn't be done," Nancy recalls. "However, I researched it and found that, yes, it actually was possible."
